Started by three friends, built around clean systems and a love of great meat. We pick, trim and pack every order with the same care we’d give our own family table.
We’re Meat Boys — a small team with a simple aim: make buying great meat dependable, honest and a little joyful. We believe freshness is a system, not a slogan. That means strict stock rotation, labelled shelves, temperature logs and same-day packing. It’s the difference between “good” and the kind of meat you want to cook for guests.
From the start, we focused on consistency and transparency. Every product is packed, labelled, and sealed in temperature-controlled conditions. Every box that leaves our warehouse represents our promise of quality and care.
We started as three friends who love good food and good systems. We still do the work ourselves — trimming, packing and sending orders — because being small means we can control every step. That intimacy is our advantage: quick decisions, consistent cuts and a pride you can taste.
Our warehouse isn’t just a workspace — it’s a reflection of our mindset. Clean racks, clear labels and disciplined systems that let freshness speak for itself.
Korean food culture taught us something essential: it’s the small, thoughtful acts that make a meal special. There’s a word — jeong — that means care, warmth and connection. That idea is in our trimming, in the way we portion platters for sharing, and in the extra questions we ask before a wholesale delivery. We bring that mindset to every order.
We work with trusted farmers, small-scale producers and selected wholesalers who meet our standards for animal welfare, traceability and taste. We prioritise Australian producers who understand marbling, flavour and ethical care. Where possible we source locally, favouring animals finished naturally on grass and responsibly on grain.
Our cuts are hand-trimmed, vacuum-sealed and inspected individually before dispatch. Every pack is a reflection of our pride and our promise.
One morning our manager said, “We’re all out doing deliveries.” I assumed he meant the drivers. Then I saw him drive a van back to the warehouse, load fresh boxes and head straight to a restaurant. He wasn’t just delivering — he was protecting the last mile of freshness. That attention is how we operate every day.
We believe that’s what defines Meat Boys — commitment that travels from our benches to your table.
We aim to reduce waste through smarter pack sizes, clear labelling and flexible ordering. Packaging choices prioritise recyclability and insulation performance. Transparency is key: if you want to know where a cut came from, we’ll tell you — and if you want cooking tips, we’ll give those too.
